QUOTE(joeaggas @ Feb 13 2013, 04:51 PM) Hi Chan, Thank you for the explanation. Seems like no one answer you here is the answer and it's an addition to the #Design flaw list; PTY: Program Type. This coding of up to 31 pre-defined programme types – e.g. (in Europe): PTY1 News, PTY6 Drama, PTY11 Rock music – allows users to find similar programming by genre. PTY31 seems to be reserved for emergency announcements in the event of natural disasters or other major calamities. This allows you to search for ROCK stations, news etc. TA, TP: Travel Announcements, Traffic Program. The receiver can often be set to pay special attention to this flag and e.g stop the tape or retune to receive a Traffic bulletin. The TP flag is used to allow the user to find only those stations that regularly broadcast traffic bulletins whereas the TA flag is used to stop the tape or raise the volume during a traffic bulletin. QUOTE(Kanasai79 @ Apr 1 2013, 02:58 PM) I send the car for 1st server 2500km at Puchong SC and complained about the uneven tyre wear. The first alignment/balancing/rotation was done FOC. However it caused my steering to shake at speed of 130km/hr. Complaint again and they charged RM100 for re-do of balancing and alignment. Is this normal? I argued with them but they insist me to pay. You should not pay for the re-do as they should have a warranty period for the alignment/balancing.I also did the alignment/balancing FOC on my 1st 2500km at Balakong SC. They actually warranty 1 month for it. I did send it back for re-do (car pulling left) after 1~2 weeks and it's FOC. However, the pulling left still exists, slightly better only. |

QUOTE(Pugbunny @ Jun 21 2013, 02:08 PM) My 2.0NA has that steering turning yiii sounds too. I have sent it to Puchong SC twice and once at Balakong SC to check on the steering. Still the same... Lol My 1.6T also got the yiii sound. The Balakong SC told me it's normal for the electric pump :S The SC don't even bother to check, just say it's normal. |

QUOTE(Termibait @ Jul 5 2013, 04:45 PM) I m not sure abt that, anyone could verify? I felt my car acceleration not as good as before, seems sluggish. Is it means the turbo got problem?Collected my car yesterday. Acceleration was superb, not as sluggish as before eventhough turbo boost was considered functioning then. total cost is rm145000. I wonder why so expensive as they just change this. (Attached photo). Ans some gssket and labour cost. meanwhile, I strongly suggest you all to check ur turbo. It may still function but compression is not enough. That was what I felt and semt to SC for checking. I feel like organise a day trip to genting highland. Anyone? |

QUOTE(SKYjack @ Jul 5 2013, 08:51 PM) Bro your car is almost brand new,you just bought it right! How could this happen? I suggest you see SC. 5 months old already, about 17500km. Going for 20K service end of this month or early next month. Will ask the SC to check. I'm thinking to go CSL... hope they know how to fix the turbo, if its really got problem. |
