WoW...24 hours of silence in this sub-forum. Wazzzuppp guys and gal!
Anyone found out.

1) Can the 'Melbourne' rims support 235mm tyres instead of 225?
2) Is the ECU for PUG408T in Bahasa Cina?

Finally done my 2500 km inspection.
Few things was fix except for the bubble at the door, misaligned chrome.

Nice for their after sales personnel to address customer by name as I walked in.
1) Tyre pressure was too high, adjusted between 32 - 34psi will be sufficient.
2) Yes the Melbourne rims can accommodate 235/45z/R17 97W tyres.
3) Trouble opening the refilling petrol flap (partially fix)
4) bubble in upholstery (awaiting warranty claim)
5) misaligned chrome trims rear passenger. (await warranty claim)
7) Battery good.
Some pictures for reference

Here are the public basement car parks I find need to be extra careful:

1) Shah Alam : Plaza Alam - very narrow
2) Bangsar : Menara MayBank - I think build for kancil
3) KL: Wisma Putra
4) KL: Wisma Rohas Perkasa

These are the ones I find it challenging.

longer cars means wider turns

once you're used to it then no more silly accidents

I just send in yesterday,
I'll followup with After sales guy within a month's time.
Pity these guys in After Sales, all day absorb the complain and dissatisfaction from customer like me.
Remember to say a few good words of encouragement, ppl also human.
Sales guys/gals different, once sale close...cuci tangan.

@imifun: same here, my wife also ask the same questions. Women and shoes.sigh**

Have you guys seen this? Oh boy. Change car?

4) bubble in upholstery (awaiting warranty claim)
5) misaligned chrome trims rear passenger. (await warranty claim)

i've report this to service center, but they did nothing... they just recorded it in their system but they didn't even mention about claim or anything...

can u pls share with me how you claim it and how long do we have to wait for them to rectify it?

test the bat, bat no problem
reset ECU, but no work
clean the valve body, no work
found a error from computer, engine speed sensor faulty, replace a new sensor. also no work.
until now, dun know what is the problem.

The SA told me that it will not void the warranty as it is install by authorized installer, authorized by peugeot malaysia.. this unit comes with GPS & reverse camera right?

Btw, lately started to see more and more 408 on the road, especially weekends.. went two different malls, also have another 408 parked next to mine when I'm leaving..

in Kota Damansara alone, I've been pug408 spotting...every night sure got one. If you are the driver and see a Silver WXX...that's me! You may on/off ur fog lamps 3 times signal. icon_idea.gif
