Roxx, don't worry about your engine noise. It's probably the adaptive gb getting used to your style of driving. I think the gears are changing late, as a result engine raving a little. This produces the high engine noise.

Once the gb settles in, the engine noise will not be there unless you accelerate hard.

Hi Sky.. Thanks for your feedback.. Actually I'm enjoying the 'aeroplane' like engine sound..

Now my steering got squeeky sound pulak.. Hahahaha..

Not too sure about this too, never buy and try it personally myself before.

FYI- my friend bought once before for her viva for quite cheap price compare to the original retail price as per quoted in the Groupon website. The tint looks good for couple of months, after few months the tint become faded.
*
But most of the tinting offered in Groupon got warranty. Does ur fren go and claim warranty from the company?

For lion owners experiencing centre console aircond vent nt blowing cool air, this is typical since our pug is from cold climate country and its supposed to blow out warm air only while left and right mainly cold breeze
*
But mine centre console blowing cool air.. Only it slower rather than left and right.. Or is it something wrong with my ac?

That's what I thought too. We don't need to wait for full payment. Sigh.
*
Which SA you dealt for your lion? Some dealers prefers to get full payment first in order to proceed for processing your car.. Some SA don't mind at all..

I think it is their SOP cause I booked my car through dealer "Sing Huat" and they practice the same process as well. For my case after deducted all the discounts and trade in price. By right, I do not need to take out any down payment at all. However my SA still required me to take out at least RM1k as a booking fees. It seems they will issue a cheque back to me once everything is done or maybe during the handover itself.
*
Bro, did u check with nasim HQ or dealer pertaining to the refund? My SA told me check will be given at least 1 month from the date registered..

Good question bro, I have not check with her on this. So far I sat in her car twice as I remember I went to the tint shop together to collect her car and also once more is after a year plus. That is why I can see the difference before and after, got to check with her after this, thanks for the reminder though.

Welcome bro.. Am thinking to tinted my 2nd car using Groupon offer.. #biaised.. Hehehehe

Nope, to be honest, I did not check with the dealer with regards to this.

Anyway I did my own calculation again with all the deduction, I will only get refund back for approx RM140+. So, it is ok to get the refund back after a month. =)

Now my biggest concern will be choosing the colour. Couldn't decide whether wanna go for White or Aster grey or Blue. My fiance wanted blue so much cause she said the blue looks 'Royal' *confused* :-(
*
Blue is nice.. But I prefer Aster Grey.. Yeahhh..!!

That is not normal. You should be able to take it to max speed without vibration. I've done 200kmh and no vibration.
*
Thanks sky.. Will go to SC to check..

Other than that, enjoying the lion on long journey.. Not feeling tired at all..

Managed to get 10.4L/km.. Uncle style 8.6L/km.. Hhehehehehe.. Best part is I didn't notice the meter was at 190km/h.. only realized when the steering vibrates and heard a road buzz.. Hehehe

2 choice.

1) Cover with Fix it Pro Scratch Recover Pen ( I dunno how many % it recover)

2) Put on carbon sticker only at that frame every door which I'm going to do soon. ( This sure will do the job, I realize fingerprint are easily visible at that frame. Cover it with carbon sticker can ease the ugly side and looks even better)
*
Thanks jess.. Was hoping there are protector for our frame.. Or else i'll go for carbon sticker.. Feel sad though looking at the door..

Sorry to hear about that bro, I can understand how you feel. I would suggest you to bring in to car care centre like cars international and let them check if there is a way to recover it before you decide to cover it up with carbon stickers. Who knows they have a way to remove it.
*
Thanks bro.. Will look into those car care centre..

Since the incident, I never park nearer to the wall.. Even at the slower pace opening the door but due to the heaviness, it still can scratch your car if it hit any wall.. Hope this helps others too..

Pugs brothers,

As some of you might aware that I should be collecting my car today but turn out to be another big dissapointment for me and my finace. It seems that there is some issue with the interchange process which not allowing me to get back my old car plate number.

Without my permission SA went ahead and registered my car with the current running number WYJXXXX. When I asked, SA responded to me 'We need to make the call or else you will not get the RM8K overtrade since the promotion ends tomorrow (May 5th). Me and my fiance was so upset and pissed with the whole situation and we decided to cancel the hire purchase.

It then escalated to the manager level and the manager came over to negotiate, asking us to take the car first with the current car plate registered WYJXXXX and come back again for inspection and proceed with the interchange with choosing the new current running number. I was even more furious after that and decided to cancel the bookings. The manager later on even offer to transfer my old car plate number to a motorbike and give me the motorbike for real. Me and my fiance thinks that he is crazy, we want the number to be on my car not a motorbike. WTF!

Another SA came over and try to solve the issue which apparently he did provided me with a better solution than the manager. He asked me to give them until this coming Monday provided there is no PH to resolve the interchange issue for me to get back the old number without any inspection needed and they also will request for extension on the current overtrade promo. With condition that I wrote 3 letters to request for cancellation of my car registration which registered under WYJXXXX. The 3 letters were to the JPJ, Bank and Peugeot.

Hopefully this time everything will go according to plan else I will be the incredible hulk for sure.

- The end -

Bro hopefully everything turn out well.. What bike they offered you?
