Roxx,don't worry about your engine noise. It's probably the adaptive gb getting used to your style of driving. I think the gears are changing late, as a result engine raving a little. This produces the high engine noise.

Once the gb settles in, the engine noise will not be there unless you accelerate hard.

I think it is their SOP cause I booked my car through dealer "Sing Huat" and they practice the same process as well. For my case after deducted all the discounts and trade in price. By right, I do not need to take out any down payment at all. However my SA still required me to take out at least RM1k as a booking fees. It seems they will issue a cheque back to me once everything is done or maybe during the handover itself.

1) Cover with Fix it Pro Scratch Recover Pen ( I dunno how many % it recover)

2) Put on carbon sticker only at that frame every door which I'm going to do soon. ( This sure will do the job, I realize fingerprint are easily visible at that frame. Cover it with carbon sticker can ease the ugly side and looks even better)

Forget about Fix It Pro pen... That won't do the job.

Sorry to hear about that bro, I can understand how you feel. I would suggest you to bring in to car care centre like cars international and let them check if there is a way to recover it before you decide to cover it up with carbon stickers. Who knows they have a way to remove it.

As some of you might aware that I should be collecting my car today but turn out to be another big dissapointment for me and my finace. It seems that there is some issue with the interchange process which not allowing me to get back my old car plate number.

Without my permission SA went ahead and registered my car with the current running number WYJXXXX. When I asked, SA responded to me 'We need to make the call or else you will not get the RM8K overtrade since the promotion ends tomorrow (May 5th). Me and my fiance was so upset and pissed with the whole situation and we decided to cancel the hire purchase.

It then escalated to the manager level and the manager came over to negotiate, asking us to take the car first with the current car plate registered WYJXXXX and come back again for inspection and proceed with the interchange with choosing the new current running number. I was even more furious after that and decided to cancel the bookings. The manager later on even offer to transfer my old car plate number to a motorbike and give me the motorbike for real. Me and my fiance thinks that he is crazy, we want the number to be on my car not a motorbike. WTF!

Another SA came over and try to solve the issue which apparently he did provided me with a better solution than the manager. He asked me to give them until this coming Monday provided there is no PH to resolve the interchange issue for me to get back the old number without any inspection needed and they also will request for extension on the current overtrade promo. With condition that I wrote 3 letters to request for cancellation of my car registration which registered under WYJXXXX. The 3 letters were to the JPJ, Bank and Peugeot.

Hopefully this time everything will go according to plan else I will be the incredible hulk for sure.
