Just like most seniors here do not like people jumping in making superfluous statements or asking questions on topics which have been broached time and again, my peeve also is those with a challenged standard of the language stirring up, in their own ways, controversies unnecessarily.

Kudos to you for taking the initiative to search through the thread for an answer/solution. This is what we should do and only after doing that and still unable to find what we are looking for do we post. Of course, we should also try googling as well beforehand. I can't say that for some of the forummers here.

Guys, you know what? My personal opinion on this battery life thingy after reading all your posts is that we should have a benchmark to test it or a test standard, if you will. In this way, at least comparison of same will be apple to apple. Otherwise, it can never be comparable as no 2 usages are the same.

Excuse this absolutely noob question. I can highlight the texts I want to copy/cut and paste but for the life of me, I can't find a way to copy/cut so I can paste the selected texts elsewhere.

I did not finally get it. I have fathomed that long ago. However, I finally decided to voice it.

Click on the Weather widget, tap the 3 bars on the top right hand corner > menu > settings and select it to show current city. You can also add locations from there.

Thanks but I can't even copy/cut. After highlighting the texts there is no prompt for me to copy/cut so I cannot proceed to the next stage of pasting at all.

Thanks but there is no prompt in the highlighted contents in my emails like SELECT for me to copy. It's ok. I shall scour elsewhere for the solution to this small issue.
