actually, ppl doesnt buy all the new game that release, even in US. Becos we are used to get pirated games which cost a mere 15 bucks so we can afford to sapu most of the game. Ppl do save money for games, watch out for upcoming games which u like and save for it.

The money cycles . Keep only the games you really like , and other games can be shared among friends , trading , etc.

I got good contact to get games less than the market price. So why need to worry. Btw, im working too..but my income is more than enough for me but still i find space to buy specific games NOT ALL.. meaning 1 game in 5 months time or 6 months time.. which saves me alot

How to get money for purchasing videogames?

1) Don't go out. It saves you the RM2.70/litre journey.
2) Don't socialise. It saves you the unnecessary expenditures.
3) Don't buy any other items besides for gaming purposes.
4) Don't eat. Eat only when you feel you wanted to pass out.
5) Don't buy new clothes, unless the existing ones can't be used anymore.
6) Don't pay your bills, except your electrical bill. Internet bill if you play online.

for me, i work.

i am very selective in the Ori games that I buy. For good PS2 old titles, i get from Play Asia when they have discounts. Some games are as cheap as RM50 , and worth the collection.

for new games (PS3, PSP), generally i will wait for sometime for the price to drop. so mostly i play games that are out for 2-3 mths. also read the reviews prior buying..

and for games with no collection value i try to sell them in lowyat forum or lelong to exchange for some money back.

currently play asia having as much as 25% discount on in-stock items, so i bought 4 games total about RM200

work la...

few years back when i was a sys admin, i spend me 1st two paychecks for a PS2 lol.. i was salivating for it for almost 2 years .. that time ori games is a no no for me, i couldnt afford it

now, i got all me dream consoles ps2, xbox360 n PS3 and quite a few ori games/blurays but bcoz of work, no time to play lol..
