Avoid playing RO2 too much. Haha. JkJk.
It depends on what muscle you want to work for that particular day. Lots of machine have its own target muscles like pec deck for the pec etc2. Better yet, you find a well made routine and use that for your workout instead of creating one for your own. From that, you'll know what machine/free weight to use, the sets and reps, the rest period. All of that about a workout can almost being covered if you have a workout routine with you. |

Looks for thing can drain out all of your energy and sweats. I prefer to use Barbell and Dumbbell instead of machines. But sometimes using machine due to unavoidable condition. i.e: bench full or train another newbie friends etc.

Both are fine. Dont ever complicate things. |
