terduduk aku kat km11 hway nkve...hampir ke tol setia alam...time to jadi bush mechanic...isi air lagi manyak2 dan jumpa sumber kebocoran pada radiator hose...dgn pertolongan abang2 plus ronda...aku tape radiator hose tuh dgn electrical tape dan mengikat salutan itu dgn sesebuah hand towel, iyer tuan2 dan puan2...

dgn hood longgar aku pecut 120 ke bengkel dgn selamat. terpaksa air cool sekali dgn radiator hose diy itu.

cry.gif how could u fubar...hahaha

well yesterday, i suffered from a broken radiator hose along the nkve. i noticed the temperature gauge had risen drastically uppon entering the hway via the damansara toll booth. hence, i stopped to let the car cool and topped off the water. i didnt see any leaks at first and i proceeded to head back to s.alam with a loosely clipped hood to allow for air cooling/better ventilation. but this had not worked like it had before and i had to stop again. the fan was working and water in the reserve and radiator had been filled. i was just praying for it to not be the thermostat as it would be troublesome to do for a quick fix.
but after pouring more water i found the leak which was on my radiator hose. Removing the hose, i borrowed some tape off the plus ronda folks and tied a hand towel around the crack. with a loose hood again i went at 120 keeping my engine cool till i got to the workshop.

thanks to the plus ronda folks and ah que for picking me up later.

the clip is on lah...just never shut completely...while driving watch ur hood a bit lah...gauge what speed u can go via the hood shakes...try not to shake too much...well 110-120 seemed alright there wasnt much shaking/rattling off the loosely fastened hood. flex.gif

i more concern if hit own windshield while driving. but must confident mah!

thankfully got my large scooper installed whistling.gif

Just serviced eo and oil filter.
2nd round in a row using the Mitsubishi Engine Oil. (back to back servicing)

Like what ive said before its just a repackaged bottle of ENEOS Synthetic Oil.

Ignore the price written on the bottle, i bargain at spare part shop till RM95 at Padang Jawa, Shah Alam. well, internet sell rm100 mah...

So far so good thumbup.gif Great for day to day driving...and when u need power, its practically on tap...
Car runs quietly, no noise no drama...that is until i FNF lah... rclxm9.gif

Pairs well with most petrols...but shell...causes noisy rumbles and BHP and Caltex, a little underpowered and noisy. makes petronas somewhat more refined and better FC. RON97 petrols i tried twice, RM30 each time, 1. Petronas 2. Shell.
Works better of course!

Well i dare to try, do you? cheapest reputable synthetic eo...
