damn...i applied for 8mb but was informed no 8mb at my place and they are not going to do anything to upgrade it.

Is there ways to upgrade to 8mb package without hypptv and 24 months contract?

Just upgrade to 8mbps. Only got 6.5mbps when do speed test. Check my modem, the downstream only 8192. Is this normal?

Done. But downstream still 8192. I told the technician that need to setup to 10mb in order to get 8mb. He called and was inform my profile is for 8mb only.
