How was the speed for the 8mbps 1? Feel like upgrading my plan

Funny, I went and try to upgrade my existing one to 8mbps, click on the Upgrade button for the BB 8mbps and its selected at 4mbps BB package

Tough luck, emailed them and they replied saying that my area no port for 8mbps, only 4mbps ~_~

Sadly the upload speed is still atrocious
 Its like 8:1 ratio, it is not balanced at all ~_~ |
