Need help, Im using streamyx 8Mbps, my asus modem is DSL-N12HP, previously modem was struck by lightning, and send back to seller to claim warranty, Asus replace new modem. The problem is the modem keep rebooting by it self randomly. After restart modem start again and restart again, Until it wont start anymore and only power LED are lid. I contacted seller and send back the modem to seller. Seller test the modem at his shop for 3 days and no restart occur. Another weird thing, when using TM modem brand Innocom no problem occur except wifi signal too weak. Did anyone experience this issue? Before this My asus modem was superb until got replace unit from asus.
