Hi guys, may i know is there any hacks to make upload speed much faster? I would love to upload my video in HD quality but my upload speed currently is a disappointment . Perhaps any places or certain special service to get limited offer of big upload bandwidth?

any cc should have very high speed connection isn't it especially if less customers inside cc? sorry i never go to cc before. how about in penang island, do you have any idea?
