The carpark traffic flow needs to be revamped... particularly the upward-flow.

Plus some of the lots are too narrow; sandwiched by pillars.

The unit itself; layout is practical since it’s squarish. Ceiling is high by normal standards; embedded sliding doors for kitchen and bathrooms are space-savers; solid timber flooring, so that’s a nice touch; no wardrobes (this is expected since it’s not in the SnP anyway); door frames wood material is not as solid as I would have expected.

Generally; the premium price paid is for the location; being at the cul-de-sac of Changkat Duta Kiara.

The carpark seriously needs some revamp.
