Hi, I have just permed my hair with large curls, and colored, I'm not sure what hair products are suitable for my current hair, pls advice ~

I have read some articles that for permed curly hair it's not advisable to use shampoo unless it's written sulfate free, as most shampoo contain a ingredient which will damage your curls …it said just conditioner will do and just wash once a week is fine …

for girls who have experience with permed curls, pls share your experiences
