So d 2 jewels in bangsar south r saville n southview as only these 2 projects r freehold. All the rest r leasehold. Potentially d upcoming YNH's 2 46-storey residential blocks adjacent 2 southview r touted 2b freehold as well..

If pricing rm750 to rm850, then similar to klgateway's R1 abd R2 which were both sold out without newspaper ad..
