True project is next to highway, very near Muslim cemetery, near sewerage and low cost.

Also true Inwood (phase 1) mostly reserved for insiders. Also true many genuinely interested potential buyers/investors are fooled by this registering, refreshing, buying bank draft and balloting process. Also true IJM misrepresented potential buyers/investors by claiming Inwood all sold when not thus creating a false "very much in demand" situation when in reality not all are sold (possibly due to insiders trying to make a quick buck transferring their booking form).

I was so interested in Inwood and when I found out what IJM did, I was so pissed. I like some forumers also swore I will not buy any of IJM project any more.

Whatever the reasons for the screw up in Inwood, IJM really did created lots of ill will in their phase 1 (Inwood). Better buy Novum, Southview or KL Gateway than IJM's PSP project.

I wish IJM good luck in selling all non bumi units in one year. But there is a better and faster way of hitting the sales target. IJM did it with Inwood and should replicate the same strategy. Save on time, promotion, marketing, advertising and sales commission.
