This is another big township as bangsar south by UOA... In future there will be 2 township in bangsar south. This area will be very pack with traffic and will change the imej of Lembah pantai forever...

Saw new web page launched for pantai sentral park by IJM...

I have registered at www.pantaisentralpark.com for balloting purpose....

The 1st phrase is 2 blocks of condominium... Anyhow, the full detail as pricing still unavailable...

Based on the latest proposed alignment, I think the KVMRT III will pass through Bangsar South, Pantai Hillpark, Taman Desa, Kuchai Entrepreneurs Park, Taman Gembira then back to bandar 1 malaysia rolleyes.gif

Yes... that corridor seems to have something big. That was pre-GE13.

But the good news it seems our MRT lines are getting longer and longer to serve more places.

That's a serious put off. I wonder how will the area turn up to be. Since you have low cost PPR right in front of it, consisting of a few thousand units. Evaluation price of these units are less than RM200/sqft. What a big contrast.

Just like Segambut slum area and Mont Kiara.
