Every ping attempt 800-1000ms

Speed less than 10Kbit

Only at office can up to 3Mbit which is bad as well doh.gif

Yes this is what they did to those who exceeded the FUP, in my case but I believe it was their tower issue

I use my friend's iValue plan got the same issue at my location

Note : I didn't exceed my quota, plan is okay at other location, I only use it when travelling, always got my trusty Streamyx laugh.gif

I already complaint 6 months ago and various time to SKMM

Maxis already acknowledged about this and they also admitted this tower is overly congested

My ETA is by end of January for a total equipment upgrade

If my issue is not solved, I will proceed to SKMM again and hit them hard prevent them from closing the case

yup, got my phone 2 weeks later after the line activated. the phone was sent via courier service.

i think you better check with maxis and the seller again. maybe they hold your phone, hopefully u'll forget about it and they take the phone as their own.

okay, if in that case, if there is really an agreement sheet out there that we need to sign on, but the seller signed on behalf, can we actually deny it that the agreement wasn't sign by our own self?

What your seller do (the boss of the reseller) they will register you as an employee of a certain empty shell company and use your name to register a Biz68 and Biz99
