Just did my first service, change engine oil to full synthetic that can reach 10k only service.. total damaged to my wallet rm 319.. is it normal?

i going for 20k service this weekend
but they no give me take my own oil
wonder if i insist the warranty void?

COSE @kesas allow you to bring own cooking oil? this is absurd.

Never tried service there before. IINM those direct proton service center (non dealer) do not allow customer to bring own oil.
