i have to write about the stupid old boring subject of the settings done by Proton techs on meter boards after free service
At COSE yesterday for 2-year 40 km routine service, techs now reset manually to 5000 km 5 month service intervals. Spoke to a Service Execitive, he confirms that. Reason given - semi syn can do 5000 km only. Those earlier days 10 k Km - 6 month service intervals, for semi-syn. Malu saya kena confirm and disturb our K3, when COSE TA has to reset by MUT-III to normal 10k km 6 month settings. Fear his good setting job disappear. Those who go free service at COSE, and opts for semi-syn take note. Check youe meter settings before filling the satisfaction survey form |

QUOTE(edison1437 @ Feb 22 2013, 11:21 AM) Some people here can. I wont, i dont want to be savvy enough. Mind you the Tech Assistant did the reset. He made it to 11,400 km and 14 months!!!!I can live with that, so long as as the alarm dont come on buzzing after 5k KM or 5 months, everytime i want to start ignition. Anyway i only go to COSE to claim my torn rubber weatherstrip bodyside , front RH. COSE agrees it is under warranty but ........they have no stock!!!! |

QUOTE(aminmh @ Mar 3 2013, 05:29 PM) Nzh, from yor pict i think the rear suspension swappable with titan spring...but ask unker richard for confirmation.. Might get 5 or 6 kg/mm rate springs. Kaotim.... How much additional did u pay for the springs change those days? The only reason we fellas dont change springs is because Titan says, many times, that they are buying new-designed pistons to overcome the orchestra noises. Funny, i have waited for one month already for the new pistons |
