AFAIK, there are so-called users buy PDAs just to pose inside Starbuck/Coffee Bean shop, pretending they are doing their office work tongue.gif

as for me, i need it to use the following functions:
- calendar
- address book
- dictionary
- memo
- surfing the net (occasionally)

i'm not a poser type coz i dun bring it out after working hours.. and i dun have to time to go to Starbuck for a cup of coffee while poking my pda

5) play games
6) watch movies
7) my mp3 player
8) my camera
9) my video camera
10) send and receive sms
11) universal remote control from as far as 28 feet

I bought my first PDA (a Palm m515) about 5 years ago for only one reason, ebooks. But now my PDA uses include:

1) music
2) ebooks (dict, novels, mags, RSS feeds, maps, etc)
3) PIM
4) alarm clock
5) surfing net wirelessly (not anymore ever since I got my laptop)
6) do my assignments on the go
7) ocassional gaming.
