Does it really help with big heatsink on the top of HDD sweat.gif

as far i being doing HDD cooling i realised the best is u have a nice 12CM fan blowing through the HDD with cool air outside of case......

it can cool down HDD by at least 5c .. and the top surface is always slightly warm only ....while the bottom would be a little warmer than top ... rclxms.gif

btw im using Sata2 250GB idle and peak temp is 45 to 48 ..... icon_rolleyes.gif

last time when using 80GB ...better I=31 P=36 but there was two same HDDs now only use single HDD for best cooling rclxm9.gif

so does it really help to have heatsink on top of HDD... or better have it and a nice fan blowing cool air through icon_rolleyes.gif

Do think that it comes with CM fan ... so it should be around that price range ... sweat.gif
