Me and my colleague also got conflict. Both of us are interested n called the Call Centre and but ended up with conflicting answers regards to the 10 transactions, whether it is only applies to the selected category or open to all.
Life is already very hectic. Now, WISE is making us not so wise with so many people confused with the feature and the feedback from their call centre.

Guys, some of you mentioned we need to monitor our expenses. Ask yourself la......do you do that? You probably do it first 1-2 months, after that you totally forgotten about it. My opinion, it is indeed a rich reward card, but at the same time the 10x transaction is way too much a hassle for me to track on a monthly basis. At times, i have high spend in a single month but at the same time i don't hit 10x spend. So, end of the day......i got "Empty Egg" lo  If they set the criteria, at least spend RM500 in a month (10 transaction x RM50 = RM500).....i'll be the first to sign up.
