I'm not in legacy plan, but I'm browsing FB using my Maxis WBB and Mobile Internet... it is just fine..
without VPN.. I just changed to openDNS though |

So far when I play online game, no much quota used..., and Maxis ping is really damn good
 especially when playing in Asean and Eastern European gaming server |
