Not sure. Last time I left it idle overnight with data turned on (Edge) and Wifi off, it only consumes less than 10% of the battery.
Maybe a fluke?[OFFICIAL] Ninetology Black Pearl II i9400, Value for money dual core phone

QUOTE(.:zep:. @ Jan 26 2013, 12:38 PM) Guys, how to disable the SLEEP mode? I mean, when I download some apps at the play store, leave it for few minutes, the screen dim (timeout), then when I open it back, the download is stopped (no connection on the wifi)? how to avoid that? Settings -> Wifi -> Advanced -> Enable "Always" "Keep Wifi On during Sleep"This post has been edited by ericmaxman: Jan 26 2013, 12:51 PM |

So, in order for you to use your external SD card to save apps, this should be the trick
CODE ## Vold 2.0 Generic fstab ## - San Mehat (san@android.com) ## ####################### ## Regular device mount ## ## Format: dev_mount <label> <mount_point><part> <sysfs_path1...> ## label - Label for the volume ## mount_point - Where the volume will be mounted ## part - Partition # (1 based), or 'auto' for first usable partition. ## <sysfs_path> - List of sysfs paths to source devices ###################### ## Example of a standard sdcard mount for the emulator / Dream # Mounts the first usable partition of the specified device dev_mount sdcard /mnt/sdcard2 emmc@fat /devices/platform/goldfish_mmc.0 /devices/platform/mtk-sd.0/mmc_host dev_mount sdcard /mnt/sdcard auto /devices/platform/goldfish_mmc.1 /devices/platform/mtk-sd.1/mmc_host ## Example of a dual card setup # dev_mount left_sdcard /mnt/sdcard1 auto /devices/platform/goldfish_mmc.0 /devices/platform/mtk-sd.0/mmc_host/mmc0 # dev_mount right_sdcard /mnt/sdcard2 auto /devices/platform/goldfish_mmc.1 /devices/platform/mtk-sd.2/mmc_host/mmc2 ## Example of specifying a specific partition for mounts # dev_mount sdcard /mnt/sdcard 2 /devices/platform/goldfish_mmc.0 /devices/platform/msm_sdcc.2/mmc_host/mmc1 Play close attention to these 2 lines. The one below is my EDITED one. CODE dev_mount sdcard /mnt/sdcard2 emmc@fat /devices/platform/goldfish_mmc.0 /devices/platform/mtk-sd.0/mmc_host dev_mount sdcard /mnt/sdcard auto /devices/platform/goldfish_mmc.1 /devices/platform/mtk-sd.1/mmc_host The original one should look like this CODE dev_mount sdcard /mnt/sdcard emmc@fat /devices/platform/goldfish_mmc.0 /devices/platform/mtk-sd.0/mmc_host dev_mount sdcard /mnt/sdcard2 auto /devices/platform/goldfish_mmc.1 /devices/platform/mtk-sd.1/mmc_host At the dev_mount sdcard /mnt/sdcard, swap the sdcard2 from below to top. Then reboot your phone. The primary SD card should now be your external SD card. DO NOT TRY IF YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU ARE DOING. I WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF YOU SCREW UP YOUR PHONE. |
