Well, i trust the professionalism of Binastra. They actually done the stabilising work for the other sides. This side i believe is either not to the extent needed the stablising work or they hv their plan. But, to me this is nth..

If u ever go to damansara foresta then i think u not even dare to pass through there if u really think this slope is so dangerous. Maybe u more pro.. whistling.gif

in engineering stand point, the structure are safe and sound,

but problem is, the general population are not engineers nor have such knowledge,

take for example, we know taking planes, roller coaster or even sky diving are relatively safe and harmless,

but many still refuse to participate it as from the exterior look of it,

it's scary and worrisome,

im very confident no developer will purposely build something thats unsafe, nor will they be issues clearance if the do,

but how the general population see and persive the the project should also be address to avoid unnecessary worries and stress that could potentially affect the performance of a project

Seems like GR is progressing well which is good news.
Btw, I do not remember GR's brochures/sales mentioned that it is walking distance to MRT. I do remember them saying there may be a small coach/bus provided to transport residents to MRT.

For those who spread this walking distance thing, can you proof it? Take note that near MRT and walking distance are different.

Binastra has been around for some time and has many experience in construction. I am sure they know what they are doing.

I just found out that Binastra won an award for Green Residence under Best Eco Urban Development 2016. (Award is under PIPDA). Other award winners include IJM Land, Sime Darby etc etc for different categories. You can check it out in the internet.

The company has won another award prior in 2014 but for 'The Park' - Asia Pacific 2014 Property Award (Best architecture multiple residence).

Should be early next year 2017, I've heard Binastra has record of early delivery for most of their projects

For the first photo, if I not mistaken, this is the service room.

For the second photo, I not sure too.

this is the M&E services room, presumably the location for water tank as per what the sales agent said last time.
