Why is that related to not so good location??

Location wise i think is a good one actually since easy access to highway but not facing directly so u can enjoy the luxurious environment,
and it is near to connaught/Ekocheras/Leisuremall/YouCity, MRT within 1km though not walkable.

Personally I prefer vp later than sooner. Hopefully by then property will pick up again.

So what everyone think about the storage heater vs instant heater... Pro and Cons? anyone have more details?

I prefer storage..look nice, more stable and high temperature

Ya the pros is that, however the cons is
- higher electricity bill? coz need to boil entire tank even when just use abit. Bad for people who like to have quick rinse?
- need to wait to boil it? or the technology is already able to make the water hot like instant water heater?
- higher maintenance and more repair work if spoil? coz need to open up ceiling and etc?
- 2nd and 3rd room share tank, and might not enough hot water if both do a long shower at the same time? I tried to ask developer about tank capacity and spec but wasn't given.

all above is just my concern, may and may not be true fact. Do advise if wrong. Thanks
