yes.. must ketuk ketuk and respray.. I left my phone num to his son at their house and the pak cik called back to apologize and he said will pay back when he receive the bill. Hopefully he will keep his promise and do it.. janji dicapati.. btw, that was a Malay uncle..

it's the neighbour beside the house of my workplace (my office is actually residential house..) my car parked at the opposite house on roadside and still got enough space for him to reverse..

the other house neighbour witnessed the pak cik banged my car.. so the pak cik can't run away from it..

hmm.. too late that I oredi sent my car to my regular ketuk shop at Pandan Indah.. I could accept if the new paint differs just a bit.. see how la..

yea hor scare yellowish.. the felle said will use good quality paint.. what to do.. nasib jor kena langgar.. the dents are quite visible in real.. cannot celebrate CNY with cacated look ler..

if go to KIA Setapak SC in-house ketuk shop I guess will take forever to fix the dent and repaint.. and will cost about RM700 too expensive until the pakcik refuse to bayar.. somehow I trusted the one at Pandan Indah they fixed all of my cars accident before. Good price and good overall workmanship.

sudah sent for repair yesterday aafternoon.. tmr afternoon will be able to take my car back..

colour sama 100%.. I xleh detect ade pape beza from the ori.. except my driver door and front fender looks very new and ultra high gloss

prompt and very satisfied.. smooth like original shape.. colour mmg sama and more glossy kilat than the Kia original body paint..

if u unable to claim the money back I can bring u go to the ketuk spray shop.. which is just nearby at our TT place at night.. they never overcharged their customers

after CNY kot.. they're closed for 1 week starting tomorrow.. hehe..

new and old paint of course got difference in look.. what I am saying is colour is still the same..
no uneven or wavy surface caused by cement.. looks like a new door and front fender to me..
they will make good everything on the spot and make it look like new for the whole affected part..

that ketuk shop I went has a 36 years old legendary ketuk-ing and spray skills la..
that's why I always used to go back there whenever kena hantam accident..

Even Bentley and some Ferraris / Audi TT / R8 went there for body work repair and new custom cosmetic paint..

I also about to ask this question.. feel like wanna service my car already at 20k km.. now 19,000++.. 900km before next service..
if tomorrow close then no choice I have to make appointment after CNY..

yes my PS3 although performance oriented tires still gives 50% significant more comfort and 100% more grip stops reassuringly when jam brake with confidence. Also solid ride feeling feedback on any road irregularities.. unlike stock tires felt nipis2 feel like Kelisa or Myvi.. sometimes all the seperated parts like tires and rims and body paint cars manufacturers are trying to cut cost. If anyone have Corolla Altis and Innova at home, u will know that the factory paint from Thailand is sucks. I have experience with Toyota SC most customers complain their factory low quality paint. Very very normal paint which the gloss layer is so thin. Accident abit the body haven't dented the paint tertanggal peeled off edi. Luckily my Vios was ok (Made In Malaysia).. Forte also has strong body steel. Uncle knocked my Forte so hard and dragged it so far also won't kemek alot and the ori paint still there..

Anyway, those are just bonus tip for those who unaware how substandard quality and performance of stock tires. This is what we call sharing our thoughts in forum. If everyone tends to be quiet then new Forte owner in Forte LYN wouldn't find much sharing and advice which is good to go.

yeke.. ? both of Setapak and Puchong SC where I did my car service this morning the SA cakap x void warranty pun.. it's just an additional own accessory which didn't involved original equipment modification.. also they checked that wiring and power source are independent without "borrow" the electricity from other electrical wiring..

if they managed to void the warranty bcoz of additional own DRL I think Setapak SC already ask me to pay the parts replacement bill for electronic wiring harness and signal error last month (caused by damaged ECU and solenoid valve permanently malfunction caused by the ECU signal complication).. tukar ECU and that valve total will cost RM5k+ according to Puchong SC..

DRL is LED bulb.. not halogen.. how can it won't be tahan lama.. ?

Even at its high brightness LED never have problems.. unless the construction is not rain and weather proof then LED will kena sot and kong easily..

nowadays all retail design shops with lots of poster lightboxes using LED, ceiling lights metal halide or CDMR-liked LED fitting and LED strips at glass counter showcases all using LED instead of halogen spotlight to highlight the products (no dimmer or whatsoever).. all my client said its very bright still maintenance free for 1 year till now..

back to the car DRL.. mine even max brightness day and night, it doesn't emit any heat after hours of driving. The whole thing didn't feel warm when touching on the front surface.. it won't easily burn without excessive heat..

same same.. I never kepala masuk parking.. always bontot masuk parking

my mum learnt her reverse parking skill only 3 days when she drove my dad's Estima with auto parallel and reverse parking feature.. can observe how the car is doing and the steering turns how much to park the car straight position for 1 time.. will the K3 coming to Malaysia later have auto park feature ar.. ?
