To calibrate the Forte HU:

Go to the HOME screen -> Select APPS -> Go to SETTINGS (where u can set the Date/Time, etc.) -> at the upper part of the screen, select the last tab (which should be "About" or "Information".
In this part of the screen, u'll see the CALIBRATE button.
Push it and follow the instructions closely.

TIPS: Press on the dots using ur favorite finger and don't have to be precise. Press on it as if u are pressing ur HU touch screen whilst driving. The system should then recognize ur 'clumsiness' and adjust the touch screen sensitivity accordingly.

Sigh... What poisoned me now to change my rim is because he willing to trade in high for mine. I just need to top up RM1k for rim cost RM1600-1700. Also the Lenso rim looks more beautiful...

I afraid after one or 2 yrs later, they will not accept trade in anymore.

My 2.0 forte got funny sound came out when I accelerate. It's like aeroplane sound.

Do u guys know what happening with my engine?

Just check with the sc and confirmed that the sound was from a small bearing that attached with v belt.

They said need to check if the part under warranty o not but they v belt need to pay myself cost about 160

Do u know if the bearing is under warranty?

Wondering y they can't use back the old v belt meh

1 1/2 year n done 56k.
It was v belt nearby alternator. They said better change the v belt together as well.

No bro...I didn't use the stylus to calibrate. Which is the reason why I calibrated it in the first place. I don't intend to use the stylus to navigate thru the HU, so I calibrate with fingers. Also, I purposely press 'carelessly' so that the HU will adjust itself to sense my clumsy touch.
It's kinda hard to explain here, but I believe that's the whole purpose of calibration. It's to calibrate to suit your individual touch style
My 2-cents.
The bearing should be covered under warranty, coz its not something which should wear out after 1 1/2 yrs OR 56K.
But normal rubber belts (i.e. - fan, alt, air-cond belts) should be replaced every 50K - 60K mileage. Some people even do it at 40K.
Same goes to your GearBox fluid. If not wrong, the gearbox filter should also be replaced/serviced after 2 times changing the gearbox fluid. I still need to research on this

The warranty policy got state very detail each portion...let me dig out...
