What is the min sq ft a person need to live comfortably? I think they should have max number of persons per unit, or else you see 10 ppl in 100 sq ft unit.

Actually, I prefer completely open concept including bathroom..just separated by glass....and blinds when you want to do private business.

But must be very clean and tidy loh...or else.....

Living in too cramp a space is not good for health. The smallest studio I lived in was 700 sq ft. but we spent most of our waking hours outside so it was bearable. We also had a fantastic view of the city.

100 sq ft just the size for a bedroom! Means you eat sleep and shit in that small area....way too phobic.

Microhomes if at 100 sq ft is similar to renting a room....all over again.
