you will be given a delivery order before you collect the car. take your time to inspect the car properly and write in the document then sign it. ask for a photocopy of the document for your records. do inform your SA to send the info back to proton edar HQ for rectification.
lek bro, they don't mean to be like that, maybe they didn't understand your inquiry. i do think that the SA should advise customers of this features when collecting the car. either way, it is stated in the manual if you had gone through it.
jutania? many of the ppl here got our car from there.. i also bought from that same place.. very friendly and helpful ppl..
there's a simple instruction in the manual to set this features. do go through the manual and you will discover that there is many setup you can do on the car.

check properly around the car,the paint,any scratch,rear lamp got pecah or not(got a member notice a broken rear lamp when collect due to bad transportation)
if something wrong just dont sign the delivery order,told them to fix it then u just collect

Hi..i just got my White cfe 3 days ago.

At the beginning, it was so good..but then when the next day..when i brake my preve..it sounds like duk duk duk...same problem. Once i heard the sounds, which is quite irritating to me, quickly i went to SC. They told me that it was because of brake i dont know how to call it, is getting rusty.huh...then i have to wait till they gimme a call because that SC didnt have any stock for that.

Then my 3rd day with my whity...here it goes, another new problem comes. When the engine started, it sounds like its going to die. i dont know how to describe it.

BUT, PLEASE ANYONE OUT THERE..HELP ME...WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Took around half an hour to finished the process.
I also have asked SC to fix my driver side power window problem, which took almost 2 hours
Plus around 3 hours waiting time... total took me half day wasted in SC...

Update from my FC:

1st tank -> RM80 after 293km
2nd tank -> RM70 after 260km

After first service and change to Semi oil 10w/40 + Reflash TCU/ECU

3rd tank -> still got 6bar but already clocked 120km.
Conclusion is Preve must be using semi or fully syn oil as arthur mention! My FC reduce a lot! I also read some where that preve FC will get better when mileage is higher until u clock 10k km. After that is Preve actual FC. Just some sharing for member who got question Preve about FC.

hehe.. cos i owes tell them i saw those service bulletin online for tis tat tis tat then why they no tell me about it so the cover hole de can do one? If like tat i will ask them do everything together, mine 9.3k liao maybe can send for 10k service together. Actually the interval is 5k km or 6month, whichever come first? or just stick with 5k km?

Guys... my chassis number for premium cfe is 26xxx. I ordered 2013 model. Does the cchassis number resembles. 2013 model?

i heard that 24XXX or 23XXX is for executive??
CFE one is lower number still??
