QUOTE(holocauster @ Jan 25 2013, 01:13 PM) How massive is the gameplay? Can I become like The Governor of The Walking Dead? Start new religion or something? for now, it's only about survival. Salvage for food, barricade ur stronghold, stock up weapons and supplies like waters, lighters, candles, frying pan etc. If u survive long enough, electricity will be cut off, no water supplies and all. Zombies will also get more and more depending on areas. You can build ur own fortress, burn down houses, wreck havoc to lure zombies etcno option to start new religion, ur own govt, ur own army.. if u talk to some npc, they will ask u to fucuk off. Some npc will shoot at u if u enter their safe house, some npc will try to loot ur stash. They said that if u survived long enough, the army will come in and clean the area.. maybe can get better weapon then. Haven't survived that long enough so i dunno. u will fall sick if u push urself too much, like always overloaded, always sleeping after u're very tired, always hungry, drink too much whisky in the coming build, they will introduce the decay feature. If u kill a zombie in ur stronghold and did not get rid of the body, it will decay and u will fall sick, virus and all There will be more feature in future build, mp coop included This post has been edited by gbwedward: Jan 25 2013, 03:00 PM |

I believe there's two sides to every story. I supported the campaign through PZ, but seeing The Indie Stone just completely taken 180 degree stance on the matter put me on doubt:
http://projectzomboid.com/blog/index.php/2...t-re-indiegogo/ QUOTE Clarification re: indiegogo And thisWe would like to clarify our position over the ongoing confusion surrounding the suspension of Chloe Sagal’s IndieGogo campaign – for whom we dedicated our Project Zomboid sales from the 3rd, 4th and 5th April. (For further information please check out Eurogamer’s report). Given the size of our donation and its origins in our playing community, the situation is less clear than we feel comfortable with. As such we will require further details and satisfactory public explanations for exactly what’s going on from Chloe and/or IndieGogo – or by necessity we would start looking to donate all money raised to a different good cause. Our chosen charity would be Médecins Sans Frontières – the international medical aid charity. This is an organisation that works worldwide providing medical aid to those most in need regardless of their race, religion, or political affiliation – and is close to the TIS heart, as we know it would be to many of Chloe’s supporters. If this were to happen, and if anyone were unsatisfied with that choice, we have spoken to our friends at Desura and would be open to refunding game purchases that took place on the 3rd, 4th and 5th of April upon request. We would let everyone know as/when this will be available through our blog and twitter feed. All refunds would come from our own pocket – as we would like the charity donation total of $4030 to remain sacrosanct. http://www.destructoid.com/blogs/CaimDark/...rs-251262.phtml Check the comment section too as one of their admin try to shed some light. |
