Why your period not regular you go visit a dermatologist? doh.gif

15th Dec and 22 Jan, doesn't seem irregular to me. Everyone has a different cycle and every month have different number of days. It doesn't mean you must get your period on the 15th of each month. As long as your cycle is pretty much the same number of days, then it's consider quite stable.

Some people no period for 3 months, some continuously bleeding for 3 weeks then stop then bleed again or something.

Stress will affect the menstrual cycle a lot. Eating healthy, sleeping well and exercise helps maintain our reproductive systems. However, there are still many females that are born with hormonal imbalance and have to take birth control pills to regulate their cycle.

Visit a gynaecologist next time, not a dermatologist.

Dermatologist = skin doctor
Gynaecologist = doctors that specialize in female reproduce system

If you're gonna get pregnant and give birth, a gynae will have to help you deliver the baby. You can find gynaes in every hospital or maternity clinics and there are many Klinik Wanita around.

Every woman should have a regular gynae to consult with. Try to stick with one gynae so he/she can understand you better. How old are you? If you're young, it's no surprise that your period is still unstable. If you're already 20-30 years old, then you might want to go to a gynae and he/she might prescribe birth control pills (hormone pills) to regulate your cycle if you are planning to have kids. Do you keep track of your menstruation every month? Always record down when is the first day of bleeding, when did the bleeding finish, it's also good to record down changes in your vaginal discharge. During ovulation, most girls can see a significant difference in the vaginal discharge. If you take note of all these changes in your body, you'll find that understanding your own menstrual cycle isn't that hard after all.

Hi TS,

My period is not consistent also sad.gif

I told my dermatological doctor and she said it could be the cause of "still a virgin" .. your "that one" tends to receive it slower and of cause, your sleeping timing mustn't be inconsistent, etc. I'm in the field of advertising and working hours at times can be crazy wink.gif ..so I thought that explains.

Where-else some years ago, I accompanied my aunty to visit her regular chinese sensei, and he also check my pulse. He said my period is not regular and it would affect my pregnancy. Meaning, next time, I might have difficulties to get pregnant sad.gif ...

So he gave me so many pills and etc which cost me RM600++ . I also paid for the "donno what" health care RM500 ++ also..  smile.gif

But until today, my period is not regular sad.gif

I had my period on 15 Dec, 2012  &  22 Jan, 2013  sad.gif

hi grapekey, u may try the remedy in my post in page 1 -> post#2, in addition to visiting a doctor.
The remedy will help u a lot.

btw, always keep ur emotion in a relatively stable mode. Stress at work is unavoidable, but always to try think at the positive and brighter sides.
Good or Bad things happened; good or bad ppl come along, all serves as the lessons for us to learn and improve.

Emotion have a very big impact to the physical.

evening primrose oil is not too pricey, about RM89 for 3 bottles of Kordel last I bought... I think now raise price a bit d, they made into bigger package and two bottles for 99 or something.

But inside has got 1000 capsules I think.

I used to have this problem since years ago:( I tried EPO oil before, and ascorbic acid (vitamin c) but doesn't work on me. The doctor even gave me the Morning-After pill and its work, but I've been told that this pill will cause some side effects, I hardly consume it, just for when really needed
