according to the site before the hamster re-appeared, if you're a long time postpaid customer, they will waive the advance payment amount. still not sure if they are charging the "due today" amount or the monthly payment amount

Went to Berjaya Time Square Digi Centre hoping to sign up for the i6 plan. As I was about to walk in, the digi attendant and the pak guard told me the ticketing system was down. Told me to come back in 1 hour. Sure. Went for a walk around the mall, went back after the hour and said system still down come back in 40mins. This time I was irritated.

Has anyone experience such incident before? You cannot queue because they cannot issue you a bloody ticket. There was quite a number of people sitting and queuing to be served. I don't mind queuing if the line is moving but no they said cannot. F*cking uptight sial. Did not want to waste time so took off and decided to head to Gardens instead tomorrow.
