anyone got any idea regarding the network quality around Sunway area?
Maxis plan doesn't really attract me.. I might switch if Digi has a good coverage there

QUOTE(wick3d @ Oct 31 2014, 01:59 PM) Any success stories in buying the iphone from DiGi? All I managed was to get to the form page but with the delivery option dropdown disabled thus cant proceed. I got up at 5am, went to digi online and completed the order at 5.47am. iPhone 6 64GB Space Grey and port in =) |

From what I understand, taking iDigi 50 examples
It comes with 2gb Internet, 50 Mins and 200 Digi-Digi SMS. I supposed the 50 mins is for all telco, only SMS is within Digi since it's clearly stated? |

QUOTE(hsyong @ Oct 31 2014, 05:52 PM) See replies above. Someone already called Digi and the answer is all bundled minutes are Digi-to-Digi. I probably have to walk in to Digi and ask. I already ordered and paid for iPhone 6 with iDigi50 You know CS these days are just so not well trained. I doubt Digi can be that dumb to offer this kind of plan. Seriously, all within Digi? I"LL DAMN REGRET |

QUOTE(rmvalues @ Nov 1 2014, 12:41 AM) Another 5 times rang DiGi helpline in 5 different times, finally confirmed that my first published information were accurate, only iDiGi 50 the free 200 SMS is DiGi to DiGi, the rest all others are to all networks. Last call to DiGi helpline was answered by Jivee, and she confirmed that. Meanwhile the first DiGi guy was giving wrong and totally misleading answer. FIRE HIM!!!! BURN LOL. Digi never reply me on that on Facebook. This post has been edited by @secret@: Nov 1 2014, 12:55 AM |

QUOTE(andrekua2 @ Nov 1 2014, 07:45 PM) Good luck mate... I mean it imma second what he just said. The reason why I port out of Maxis is that recently their 3G service has gone down the drain. It got so bad that it became like DiGi last time, where it constantly loses signal )or just 1-2bars whenever you get indoors. I even doubled confirmed with lots of friends and cousins who were on Maxis. Calls are still okay with lots of disconnection but what is worse was the internet speed. It was horrible indoors, and still ok outdoor. No doubt go Maxis if your area is heavily covered under Maxis 4G which is fast. But if you are going to use 3G, stay with DiGi. Its really faster now. I have been complaining since March for Maxis and after six months, I finally gave up. Maxis 3G sucks like hell... I used to get 8-14mbps on 3G, then few months back it dropped to 1/2mbps Force me to upgrade to Maxis 4G for slightly better speeds |
