The 'plastic seal' has been removed by the guy who sold it to me ( he unboxed it in front of me ).

I've been told to wait a few days as they contact Apple for clarification.  I just hope they settle it for me properly

then is that guy's fault...LOL

Ok probably DIGI don't have LTE, so didn't have network carrier update like celcom n maxis where u can option for it
*
Digi didn't release LTE for smartphone yet i think, only tablet. You have to change to "special sim" for LTE as well for band 7 LTE which digi currently released. They are not releasing it for smartphone yet

I assume it's for all networks because the website does not state otherwise But my friend told me he called Digi and was told the 50 minutes is for DIGI-TO-DIGI only  rclxub.gif

i am currently on celcom line, my monthly usage pattern for my mainline is around RM75 after add all the necessary charges. some times once a blue moon i may call more and hit above RM80 but hardly each RM90...

i think iDIgi 78 suit me well...
i saw the section 100min +100 min... is that means 100 min onnet and 100 offnet ? or what it means by 100 min + free 100 min ? if monthyl get 200 min call think i think my bill will be very consistenet within the RM78 range already...
*
just called customer service... the call is for all network while the sms only for digi to digi... but... if i port in my number from maxis.. i still have the chance to get the promotion of 100 sms + 100 min free call to all network biggrin.gif

For iDigi 50 and iDigi78 New and MNP customers are given Extra 100mins Talk Time to their Contract.
This is poor Marketing - what about exisiting loyal customers ! If they give New/MNP customers a gift e.g. Power Bank or even some $$$ One Time Credit to entice them over to Digi it is understandable. But how can they have a better Call Plan with extra 100mins indefinitely vs exisiting loyal customers ???

Pisses me off and contemplating switching in protest ! (i know, who cares, but why should we put up with this kind of unfair discrimination )

I don't have Facebook and would appreciate someone highlighting to them in the Digi Facebook.

Quoted from their Plan Notes, explaining extra 100mins => " Only applicable to new and MNP subscribers who sign up for iDiGi 50/78. The additional 100 mins and 100 SMS will be granted every month as long as your subscription remains active. "

if that so, i would rather port tot Maxis from your case... for my case...i would port from maxis to digi because it offers more sms and data... and of course.. digi offer more subsidization for the phone too...

but for your case.. if you need more call time and messages...i would suggest you to port to maxis.. lol ...as digi really offer so less talktime and sms for existing customer... pros and cons... lol

i am like port in out port out from maxis and digi due to the contract they offer few times already whistling.gif not so loyal as the telco itself didn't treat the customer loyal enough too so why should we loyal to them whistling.gif

better get our own advantage than thinking of them...who can let us happy then we take which one .. XD
