What a coincidence.. when you mentioned u want to buy some hinges/joints to play around wiv.. I was planning to suggest u getting them from a set , which incidentally is the one u bought above. Whats the price? imma gonna get one just for 4x red grilled parts .

After building the alternate model (beaver?) for Creator Eagle.. I found myself having 30% of parts leftover, so I build this randomly from those parts. It does look like a rojak colored SW snowspeeder dont u think so

Thats a VERY strategic place to set up their booth there

imagine cash strapped parent dragging his crying kid out of TRU coz lego pricing too deterrence... suddenly saw the booth selling similar stuff at half d price.

I couldnt find the set named "Penang Island" . whats the code number? any pics?

... only and only if the parents allow their kids to take over (aka dismantle them and rebuild ). Im sure many adult collectors would sakit hati to do that, especially in premium sets with rare minifigures . There are reasons too why parents buy KO for their kids (coz its for play, so kiddies tend to move on to new toy anyway as the grows up).

I've got a few pieces of LEGO parts that changed color and they're just few years old. Luckily its an exception rather than a norm.

Just pull off a quick one in 1utama jusco . Bought these:



I start the ball rolling with Thunder Wing coz the other green mecha was "spoiled" before here through earlier poisons eer photos (making me not too keen to built it first) . hehehe.

The actual jet looks much more sleeker than whats shown on the box art. There are bout a dozen parts left over .. so I did a quick retool to use all of them in the jet. This set is a huge hit for MOC... I dare to say 99% of the parts are highly reusable by me for future transformers MOC.



ps: I suspect Isetan mispriced the LEGO creator yellow racecar set. its 49.90 retail!!! Elsewhere its 44.90 (when not discounted). of coz now in jusco its 44.90 - 10% off

Spent most of my last Sunday building a "minion" for my latest MOC. ended up with a tank + jet = robot. As for the MOC that had been keeping me busy for the last 1 month or so.. im gonna have a real taxing time photographing it coz its pretty big. Ah well...

and oh yes.. more photos in my blog siggy =)

Athough the prospect of having infinite (virtual) bricks to play wiv is very desirable for many, I tried them but personally felt its not as "exciting" as holding real bricks wiv hands and build stuff. some goes for other things in life like driving to flying a kite. virtual kite flying would be boring.

duh.. its hard work trying to snap and compile photos of the transformation sequence of my MOC.Even building itself caused the ball joint to crack and literally break the bot mode's back, coz I keep transforming it again and again for 100++ times . its gonna take me 2 more nites before I can finalize it . Made a huge mistake of setting the wrong white balance in the camera. 50 photos wasted

Jusco Kepong takes the cake for having not just the worst LEGO selection, but their accessibility. almost every set are put on top shelf /inside glass panels... and they're mostly multiple copies of Duplo sets also.

I am different from u though. I have ONLY TWO original TF in my younger days. Of coz there's a dozen LEGO but small-small vehicle sets. But its good enuff to keep me occupied till I finish secondary school before I entered the dark ages.

Its done! A gruelling marathon of photo shoots and editing finally ended. Here's some appetizers for my latest MOC , "Alphaplex" .

Thankx guys for layaning my MOC guys! it felt good to still have appreciative audience. it does pushes me on to improve my works in the future

sometimes the building process is not all flowery and orgasmic though. I always started enthusiatically but when the project dragged on for too long ..its no longer fun and I usually wrap things up and finalize it. (when the "playing" no longer fun.. then there's no point to force myself .).



Thanks first ya! This MOC is obviously too fragile and clunky : not something worthy of mass production. Will post there just for fun perhaps


Hope they forever keep it that way so that I still got my "niche" heheh. I believe Hasbro already take notice that its not their brick-bots that is popular.. but their minifigs.

The consequence of my lego collection is that I collected nags from my spouse for scattering the parts on the rug/floor/under sofa.

I usually let things be be and treat it as yellow parts heheh.

When I was much younger... I scrape (!!) the brick using a penknife. LOL.

scrubbing so many parts using a toothbrush is very-very taxing. I was reminded of a "torture" method by warden to the prisoner (scrubbing toilet with toothbrush). LOL.

not an issue to use it. Just wrap the term into a something meaningful and continue with life. eg.

Kolegolek.com (oh no no no mr LEGO Sir.. im not promoting your brand. Im into rolling mugs and cups)

not exactly. 125 is the max/upper limit and Mod will "help" close it if nobody takes initiative to do so.
