The Fierce Flyer is a very very very very very worth to buy bang for the buck set.

RM44.90

Review of this set is extremely positive on the Eagle.

Retail price @ Legoland Malaysia

woohoo.. gud news. I guess I can safely assume the other 2 creators (red chopper and racecar) also should be same priced. Shall wait 10% discount before making my hit =)

I assume you need the parts for MOC? hehehe
*
yep. I build according to what parts I owned . the recent "good deal" Ultimate Build Mater contains many brown parts. The arrival of Eagle complement it nicely. Too bad there are just 2 - 3 brown colored Transformers I can choose to build.

hehe... me also want the parts for MOC
wan ask u something...when u bought from BL, do u get everything that u order?
any part missing?  hmm.gif
*
nope, but all minor cases:

scenario 1: same color, different parts. eg. order technic brick with round holes ,end up axle holes one received
scenario 2: a dozen parts mission. inform seller, he sent me in my next purchase. win-win
scenario 3: missing few parts and/or getting few extras.

Sellers are just humans like us... sorting so many types of parts sometimes mata kabur also will pack wrong, miscounted.

Some have day jobs and in their intro page/terms and condition page they will state their situation (like when they free to layan us,and what day they go to post office and handle all their shipping).

I had a seller that reply to me after 3 days.

I "survive" on small sets as well . I fear big sets might bore me halfway when it took a long time to finish building, not to mention the price too.

prefer something small but maximum playability/moc

Every new theme open new "possibility" for my future MOC (their color scheme + newly introduced parts) . The "birdies" Chima sets contains many winged parts, and purple too! I think I'll consider making this TF in the future, after I collected my Chimas hehe..:

Hmm.. not so soon lo.. I got a "backlog" of MOCs from 2 years ago to documentate and publish instructions. Thats the least fun part (compiling the instructions) , hope people did really benefit from my effort. Still enjoyed building the most biggrin.gif

Its not always so though.but new theme always introduce new parts not found from the previous year. I think brickset.com got a huge list of new 2013 parts mould .

After MUCH deliberation of choosing the parts that I want to sell, these are the only parts left .. tongue.gif (total of 2.2kg-ish)

The other 10kg I still want to try to do something about it.. happy.gif

I might be interested in your batangs (no.... not that thingy! perverts stop reading!) ..

LEGO sticks/ plates from 1 x n in size ( n<=10 studs length) are very useful to me. Yes even batang bengkok L shaped.

I somewhat believe its the Shell promo that got many adults to come out from their "Dark ages". Hope our number can increase to a formidable force to organise real-life events /exhibitions locally.

Am I the only one that use lego for their home DIY needs?

btw this is a desperate attempt since im not a drill person , so I dare not damage the wall to install fittings. However.. below is literally a "drill" on how I prop up my TV booster against the wall . smile.gif

truly tempting. too bad its not out in retail malls yet ... correct me if im wrong .

I just wanna grab these 2 mecha Creators and build my own Mechs , and post the instructions. I got a feeling me the LEGO designers "deliberately" make their mech modes inside to be different in order not to be claimed as "copying " Kreo style Transformers.

Hey bro it's out in Legoland. But I doubt anyone would drive there all the way just to pick this up haha.
*
Yeah and thats why I've been giddy these past weeks in anticipating for them to reach local retail malls .

Btw.... The Eagle have landed!

Just made a quick visit to brickboy tropicana Mall and found many of The Creator sets . Since its not discounted I just snagged the Eagle .

What do you think about Vortex Rotor Rage Kre-O?
*
I personally think Kreo's are worth trying out if its 50% off. Thats why I snagged Kreo Ratchet at rm50 in Carefour also heheheh..... (It went for clearance at rm65 last year but I STILL had my reservations).

I was there during lunch hour just now. Managed to snag the last eagle there.  sweat.gif  Right before me someone bought the second last eagle. Was that you just now? shocking.gif

I also snag the white racer and power mech too. The white race car is CHEAP. Was surprised to see it same price as the power mech! Actually went there to buy the creator small house, but was not on sale there.

As for the discount, since I had the Brickboy card I had discount for all 3 sets.
*
lol.. WHAT a small world.. I didnt apply for brickboy member card since I seldom buy stuff there, except when I naik gian like just now. Can bertahan for this weekend (since I got an ongoing MOC project).

Yes I saw the white race car same pricing with the mechs, shock as well. The Construction hauler at rm71.90 is a great deal compared to its counterpart from 2 years ago , the 5765 Transport truck (rm129.90).. and the latter is still warming the shelf now.

has the local LEGO distributor listened to our grouses and decided to do us a favor this year? smile.gif

Pardon me but... all I see is an overturned eagle  rclxub.gif Cannot brain what it is supposed to be.

Edit:... Looking at it again...it is a crab? sweat.gif
*
LOL.. exactly! the set are so versatile that even the official model can resemble something else with minimal changes. As soon as I scatter the parts on the table , I can imagine the possibility of building other MOCs with it: hovercraft, jet plane, sampan(!?) and even a bipedal mech. For such a price it contains 4 black hinged plates which is highly desirable .
