I am stay far from KLCC there and need to take about 1 and half hour to reach there with KTM and Putra LRT. I am just wondering whether HuaWei worth the effort for me to leave my current good pay job and travel so far to KLCC to work. Anyone please advise whether you are happy work in HuaWei

Added on July 5, 2007, 4:52 pmI thiNk HuaWei is a good company as well just that the pay they offered me is lower than my current pay so i am in a crossroad as to whether or not to accept the offer eventhough the pay is less. Any advice whether to join HuaWei

As far as I know, the increment in technical support department is very low due to the fact that they have a lot of TSD engineers.

Basic pay is very important as you can't depend always on the travelling allowance to survive, as I said Huawei has a lot of TSD engineers, you might have chance for a 3 months continuous support in a country and come back for another few months without any out station job.

I will advise you to negotiate to at least match your current salary before considering to move on to the new job.

For your future sake, most companies don't count travelling allowance as basic pay, in the end you will be getting lower pay if you want to move on to another company after Huawei.

Thanks for your reply the salary is my concern as well coz i m afraid the increment is miserable as there are many engineers in the dept but on the other hand, HuaWei prospect is definitely better than my current co, that is the dream job that many hope for so i just need someone advice as to whether it is worth joining HuaWei afterall it is really very difficult to make the decision help!!!
