Yeah of course u must know mandarin as you will work with a lot of china guy, they all communicate with mandarin. I used to get interview and the interview process is in Mandarin. Only the last interview will be in English by the department director. I think you got no chance at all if you do not know mandarin. Sorry~

I mentioned Hua Wei keep recruiting ppl for last 4 months from the website jobsdb. So actually they r expanding or the ppl flow(in and out) is very frequent? can any one tell tat?

wat position r u going for , may b i can help u, hehe.. for the salary , freshgraduate is rm 2200 for engineer,+300 after 3 months probation- an every one-know-ammount

y u wan to change the industry? of course u have to travel a lot, if u have family burden then u hav to think twice lo~
Anyway, Hua Wei is a very good company to join if u like telco field.

ya lo, actually i think work in telco environment is like tat, the technology changes so fast, i learn today but tomolo no use de. Dunno whether worth or not~~ Some time i really hope to spend some time to study some books, but i really find no time to catch up!! For those who r not a fast learner, he must feel very tough!
