Hi all, just browsing through the net and saw this post. Very interesting.

Can we have someone from Huawei to explain on the fringe & benefits? Such as salary, annual leave, allowances, etc?

Thanks. I'm interested in this company as well.

I was told that Huawei is not yet listed on the stock exchange. Anyone working inside Huawei can confirm this. Is there any plan to list on any stock exchange (China/US)?

Thanks

Also can anyone worked in Huawei can share the benefits there? Like overseas' allowance, medical benefits, free handphones, bonus, annual leave etc?

Nobody can give you an exact figure.
It depends on your performance after all.

Jumping onboard? Looking forward to see you around. biggrin.gif

Be prepared to travel a lot. tongue.gif

How much travelling is there in Huawei? Let say, one month how many days does you guys travel overseas? Is the US40 daily allowance covers supposed to cover everything, from laundry, food, taxi etc?

Thanks

You should ask, "in one year, how many weeks I will be in Malaysia".

Wah! That means the oversea allowance will be fat loh? USD40 x 30 days = USD1,200 x 3.8 = RM4,560

PLUS basic pay, wow, close to RM10k a month? (Assuming RM5k basic pay)

The best time I was told is that the company is not yet listed. Imagine how much you'll make if this company is listed on Nasdaq or Hong Kong?
