Huawei no longer offering permanent staff role. They wanna cut cost and no headcount. Permanent staff get more benefits, increment (u listen oni la, no matter how much u dedicated ur life/time, how good u r, the boss f**king cakap business not good no increment then it is no increment. end of story), bonus, awards/recognition and insurance.

The paid is really good for fresh grad. which is around 3.7k-4k(included phone and transport allowance).

simple theory, high paid = high workload = no life = don f**king complain nanti

career growth = slow, 180k staff u mau panjat manyak susah = unless u angkat boss selalu. not the small boss, but big boss

MRO = no traveling, Huawei International = traveling
