I just passed all the interview in Huawei under fresh graduate program. The position I applied is solution pre sales engineer. They asked me to do medical check up before they can give me the offer letter. The HR told me the minimum salary he can offer me is 3.5k and maximum is 3.8k.
I also got an offer from another company in Sarawak. (P.s. I am a sarawakian and currently stay in sarawak.  No relative in KL).
Now I have dilemma about choosing between these two company. Apparently Huawei is the company that suit my major but not the other. But the salary they offered is a bit low as I need to consider accommodation and transport. In Sarawak, I will not worry about those things.
So, I would like to have some advices about which to choose. I also would like to know about the benefits, career progressions and OT claim in Huawei.

Go HW since you are young.

Your worry is the offered remuneration is low. Can remuneration give you exposure ? HW can but you work work and work la.
You just start your career ... money or experience ... pick one.

I know for sure that Huawei can provide the exposure. But the problems I am facing now is with my parents. They seem don't like me to fly over to west malaysia. And gave a lot of reasons such as covid-19, accommodation, not enough savings... I could not persuade them. I saw from those previous post that if I rejected Huawei offer, they will put me on blacklist. Is it really so?

Cause I plan to wait for the situation to get better, then I could reapply for Huawei again

There you have your answer to your question already and YES, Hw will blacklist you, thats for sure ... for how long ... I tatau.

Other than Hw there's zte, nokia, e3 ma ...

I've just passed my interview last week and currently waiting for offer letter which usually takes about 1-2 weeks. I am just wondering what is the benefits that Huawei given to their staff? I saw the benefits that they offer me is quite differ from others, as i read from other job platform, fixed allowances (phone & transport) is 500 and 18 AL, but mine is 400 & 16 AL.

You have to know Hw is quite a big company, The numeration and benefit is not standardized full board.

Certain department will have slightly different kind of perks.

I cant help but notice that you are fresh and keep eyeing the dollar and cent. Look the other direction and what you yearn will come.

Hi Sean, may I know which department are you in huawei? cos recently i was offered to work as a network engineer in MRO, at intermark tower. I have friends of friends telling MRO is extremely stressful, no guidance and the turn over rate is very high. Have you heard of this by any chance?
*
Out of the so call "big 4" in telco vendor (Or shall I say the remaining 4) HW have the highest turn over full board la.

I have friends of a friend working at MRO resigned because of this, as well as his colleagues, hence I'm here to seek for clarification lol
*
The highest turn over in Malaysia for Telco vendor is HW, follow by Z.

What clarification you need, if its true then ? if its not then ?

A job is a job, if you can survive in HW, you can survive anywhere.
Dive in for 2-3 year and see where it get you to.
