I'm waiting for extra ultra graphic setting like e3 2013 demo

Dude, how many times does it need to be repeated: It's not gonna happen.

Want a better looking game? Go start modding with reshade, sweetfx, enable downsampling, tweak the game's files. Otherwise, what you see of the Witcher 3 now is how it'll forever be cemented in history.

For a start, try this: http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/206/?

Enhanced edition will only be out after second expansion. So, keep waiting until late 2016.

So according to Momot, NG+ may or may not happen. They know the fans do want it, but they have their hands tied up with the expansions, the next round of patches and the remaining DLC pack.

Lol.

Yeah, it takes the whole team to do NG+. Haha. rolleyes.gif

Well guess what? The PC patch was never ready in the first place lol.

Consoles already got their 1.07 patch many hours ago. PC? Yeah. rolleyes.gif

1.07 is now up on Steam/GOG, 5.1GB.

Here's hoping that it doesn't degrade performance like it did for the consoles (xbone running at locked 20fps in the bog now...).

Welp, wrapped up all the side quests to a full 100% except for Gwent because I just can't get into it.

Been one good ride, majority of the side quests were at least fun. Not many are memorable unfortunately, but seldom did I find myself like a fool for completing redundant, boring, stupid sidequests like I would in DA:I.

Kind of wished the free DLC packs had more sidquest content though, could have done without the horse armor (yeah, it's an inside joke..) and facial hair styles tbh.

As for the 1.07 patch, it broke a few of my mods (the exp mod and no beard-growth mod especially). Thankfully, SweetFX + Reshade still works without issues. Performance wise, the improvement was marginal at best. Nothing as big as CDPR said it would.
They also lied about having significantly less NPC, objects, and texture pop in, all of which remained just as bad since 1.04. shakehead.gif

Done with the game, it's been quite a good month+ with it.

so it's true about raising the level higher for Superior Feline gear from 22 to 29(iirc). i'm actually using them right now so if i unequipped them i have to wait for level 29 to use them again(on level 25 now)..
it may be not much of a problem since u can just level up..but it is kinda annoying for those who was closing in to the required level and expecting to use them..i'd say it's pretty weird..

Honestly, the latest rebalance of the stats for the witcher gears should have been that way from the beginning. It's odd and weird to do it so late, considering many are already nearly done with the game at this point.

Coupled with the fact that the XP "bug" still isn't actually fixed, some of the gears may actually be out of reach for many now.

"lied" is too strong of a word to be used here.

i don't think they intend to mislead as they said "players should experience fewer texture/npc pop-ups".
*
Perhaps.

But my stance on it doesn't change, the pop-ins are still just as bad.

there are some gear i think too crazy

like i found a sword, thats level req is 44 shocking.gif

...which is stupid. Considering how terrible the XP scaling is, most people will never even reach level 35. Only with the XP mod, then it is possible to reach lvl 40+ and above.

But yeah, the game scales off terribly in difficulty half way through. So... in one way, it's pointless other than syok sendiri for 1-hit killing everything.

Actually following the side quest and main quest according to lvl, can reach lvl35 easily, no need any grinding. but to reach lvl40 need some grinding strategies, abit spoiler, you can grind to lvl40+ within final mission, figure out yourself, lol.

Already 100% the game, lvl 46. I admit, I used the full XP mod. Witcher was never a game for grinding, also simply don't have the time for that considering how many side quests there are.

Hi guys, anyone running Witcher 3 on Windows 10? smile.gif Any performance issues?
*
Played the whole game through on Windows 10 lol.. 110 hours. I only had a handfull of crashes, all of which were related to drivers actually.

Performance wise, 970 SLIs, 1440p 60fps mostly with a few dips here and there as expected. My settings are customized though, as I use rehade and shadow cascade tweaks. So technically, it's higher than the game's ultra setting.

Apparently the other DLC that adds new killmoves was just released quietly?
*
Uh no, it was announced as all previous DLCs did.

Did you had a chance to compare with windows 8.1? smile.gif just to make sure before I install windows 10. If not it will be a pain to revert again.
*
Nope. But I do know people personally who finished the game on 8.1 without much issues (again, aside from the driver and patches).
