Nope. Lelong starting reserve price is based on bank valuation value of the unit.
The current reserve price is because already drop price many rounds.
Each round no bidder will drop price 10% or 20% the reserve price depending on bank.

It is not wise to wait until price drop until this low level. For sure will attract many bidders. Price confirm will end up higher than previous round price.
Should just grab at previous round if really interested. This is smart buyer. Win without challenged.
