Try going that place around 6pm on a weekdays, really terrible kampung area. You can even get owners willing to rent out their units for 2-3 months only because they are too desperate. There are more than enough supply of houses just opposite of mahsa for students. Doesn't make sense for students to stay in bsp especially when they need to go through the roundabout.
