Can Watami online banking support pay TNB, SYABAS, ASTRO and Telekom? If yes, then I will switch from OCBC to WATAMI.

Can insurance direct debit and petrol enjoy 3% cash back too if all spending 3K in a quarter?

To further chime on this, guys, do give good feedback/compliments back to the company for good CS. Bear in mind when we need help, CS is our first base.

Imagine you work as CS, you do job well and dedicated. Sure it is your job, but getting compliments and feedback from customers will help with their KPI. Of course their KPI is keeping customers happy, but if customers don't feedback say they happy, they don't meet KPI..then they ask themselves..i work so hard, work so well, customers also don't appreciate..and i don't hit KPi anyway... why bother? and that's when they become sloppy..

which in turn make OUR LIFE difficult.

So yes, give feedback and show appreciation to their company if they do a good job. A simple email to the company stating the name and brief description (which takes 5 minutes of your life) would help them a lot.
can.. but better use MBB 2 Card AMEX to pay those..got 5%...  sweat.gif
Depending on your spending pattern.. Watami may not be suitable and MBB 2 Card may make more sense.

unfortunately uobpayonline does not accept AMEX

Q7: How will I receive the RM30 WATAMI Birthday Treat and RM50 WATAMI Anniversary Treat?
A: Dine in any local WATAMI Japanese Casual Restaurants and charge the bill to your Principal ÆON WATAMI Card in your birthday and/or anniversary month to receive a RM30 WATAMI Birthday Treat and/or RM50 WATAMI Anniversary Treat.

The Treat(s) will be reflected in your next statement to offset your local WATAMI Japanese Casual Restaurants total charges.
NOTE: Transactions offset by the RM30 WATAMI Birthday Treat and/or RM50 WATAMI Anniversary Treat will not earn any ÆON Reward Points.

hmm.gif hmm.gif

The Treat(s) here is cash rebate? Or need to redeem the treats during next visit to WATAMI restaurant?

Anybody can share how to get RM30 WATAMI Birthday Treat and RM50 WATAMI Anniversary Treat?

Recently I have just get the rebate for RM80 (RM50 + RM30) on my latest statement.

Dining at Watami Restaurant on your birthday month will be entitled for RM30 rebate.

Just spend at WATAMI restaurant, the cash rebate will automatically deducted from your statement on the posting date of the transaction. (no need physical voucher redemption)
Try sign up for Pinch of Salt card also, you'll get additional RM30 birthday rebate from your bill on the spot. (try sign up before your birthday month of course)  thumbup.gif

If you use WATAMI combo with Pinch of salt card and the final bill amount is RM30, then you'll pay nothing after deducting the RM30 birthday treat in your statement - equivalent to 100% cash rebate  tongue.gif

She applied at the AEON outlet in AU2 Setiawangsa.
In fact she has applied twice before and got rejected twice.
When she asked the card center, they refused to tell her why she got rejected!!!  doh.gif

This is the third time she is applying for this card.
If reject again (and they never want to tell the rejection reason), she'll apply OCBC card.
It cannot be due to her credit standing or income level as it has never been a problem with any other bank.

Applied last month but no news...
Called last few days then only know got rejected...
No reason given... vmad.gif vmad.gif
Ask me to apply again after 6 months... Appeal now also cannot... shocking.gif

My annual salary sure no problem... I just applied UOB ONE card and successful.

I guess is I got too many credit cards? Combine limit of all CC around 100K...
