Hi Ronnie and fellow friends,
Just want to confirm, is the email cc_cad@aeonmalaysia.com.my correct?
I email my balance transfer request to this email address last Friday 11am, but I still do not received any verification call from AEON yet.
I tried to call them just now, they said they do not use this email, and ask me to send to customer.service@aeonmalaysia.com
But now they said they do not received anything yet...
Any other way to submit the request other than email, is it FAX works too?

I just worried do they received my request, because the customer service officer seems do not know what is balance transfer...

Sorry for noob question,
1) May I know is the transfer amount for Balance Transfer must be exact amount from the transfer Bank A?
i.e. Current balance from Bank A = RM1023.44, transfer amount must be = RM1023.44?
Can I put the transfer amount = RM1100?
2) From your experience, when you received the payment to Bank A, after AEON approved the Balance Transfer? As I know 15 business days, will it take more/less than the day?
i.e. BT Approve on 26/5/2014, payment will be made to Bank A on 13/6/2014 OR earlier OR later?

To update for my BT status,
26/5(MON) 1210 - BT application sent via email
27/5(TUE) 0956 - Verification called from AEON
27/5(TUE) 1500 - SMS received for BT approval
03/6(TUE) - Payment received from AEON
Almost 5 working days to receive payment from AEON, good job AEON! rclxms.gif

1 question to confirm: Is there any limit for number of BT application, as I just submit 1 application last month, can I submit another 2 this month?
OR as long as BT total amount <80% credit limit then can be done?
