Yay .. already received my 1st quarterly cash back

Nice card to have indeed ... but seriously got to comment about their CS ... really really bad and blur ... I think information here is much more accurate ... If anyone interested in my story .. read on ...
From I get my card till now (3 months since I got my card) .. I only got once RM50 rebate - which I assume it's to offset the gov fees ... I have also dined at WATAMI for a total of about RM130 in which I expect to get another RM50 rebate + another 10% rebate since the bill was over 100 ... so I called CS ..
1) They say the 50 that i get was for Watami dining ... so they will confirm on the gov fee offset and the 10% and get back to me in 24 hours ..
2) In 24 hours .. called back and said .. oh the 50 I get was for gov fees .. watami rebate I cannot get because it MUST BE THE THIRD TRANSACTION ONLY ... T&C said you need any two transaction before .. then CS say WATAMI MUST BE THE 3RD .. i was like wtf? and they still need more time to check on the 10% rebate... will get back to me in 4 days time =.= ok fine i mood good ... just wait
3) After 4 days .. call back and say ... ok I should get the watami RM50 rebate ... but 10% cannot get ... because the bill must be over rm100 ... i said yes my bill is 130 ... but she say 130 - 50 rebate .. left rm 80 ... so no more 10% ... i say ok fine rm 13 i lazy fight ... juz give me my 50 ..
4) Today check online portal .... got my RM50 for watami dining ... got my 10% which is RM13 ... plus RM 150 for my quarterly rebate ..
super confused after talking to these ppl .. but at least they are pretty good with follow ups ... when they say they call, they will call ... sometimes when they call i was working, they call back 5 or 10 minutes later ... kudos to that
