the question is why do you want to use aeon watami just to contribute to the required rm3k accumulation?
because there are so many other cc with petrol rebate. 

also, if you mean you are short of certain amount in the last month of your quarter to attain to rm3k, petrol's contribution is still very small, don't you think so? 

perhaps you go shopping or dining would help you to reach faster. 

What it means by "3% quarterly cash rebate...accumulate spend of
RM3,000 per quarter"? Is it if I spend less than RM3k quarterly, then I'm not entitled to get the 3% cash rebate?

just called Aeon CS to check on Aeon Watami application status. The card is now approved. the card is probably approved yesterday even though the CS said it's approved on 13 Dec, but i only get calls from Aeon Credit on 16 Dec for verification.  how long does it take for the card to be delivered to us from approval time?

what about other direct selling companies product? can we check with their CS?

1. Completed 3 swipes and contacted CS to request for GST offset. Was informed that I have to make any 1 swipe starting from now, any amount, within 3 months and a RM50 will be credited to my account in the following statement month.

2. Requested to set my SMS alert limit to RM1 but was told all online transactions will trigger the SMS, but a minimum amount of RM500 is the trigger amount for non-online. Will bring this to BNM.

Last Sunday of the month, 5% rebate at any petrol station (applicable to all AEON cc)

this is my timeline so far:

7 Dec: applied Aeon Watami in sunway pyramid
10 Dec: application sent to HQ
16 Dec: call for verification
18 Dec: called in the morning....still under processing
19 Dec: called in the morning....card approved. Called CS to reconfirm, CS said card approved on 13 Dec...not sure how true is this...

Time for me to call them up to set mine to RM1.00 .... my previous request didn't take effect

how do you request from them? is it by calling to CS for request or you walk-in and fill up the form??

yesterday i just submit the application form for watami card. but unfortunately no watami restaurant in penang

watami rejected me as i am holding 2 CC since i am less than 3000 per month. (not decide to cancel ocbc yet cause still 9 months to anniversary). i think i can only apply watami on my next job.

btw, watami card + pinch of salt card will be very great for dining in watami

Do you mean need to do 3+1 transaction to get the GST offset? or only need to do 1 transaction with any amount?

But what I get from CS was only one transaction with amount RM 50 and above will be entitled

1) your first 3 transaction got any of them more than rm50?
2) your first 3 transaction total amount more than rm50?

i suspect no so the cs ask u to do another one..

Was talking to a Aeon Credit salesperson earlier in Jusco and I mentioned to him that many people are having problems using IBG to transfer funds. He gave me the below leaflet with instructions on how to do IBG via m2u, which seems different from the one described here using citibank as beneficiary bank. Anyone tried this? Existing users of m2u should start from step 4 onwards.

just want to ask, i have been rejected because of less than 3k/ month and i have hold 2 cards from different issuer.

However, i have received my bonus and after calculate my annual is about 36k. can i submit my EA form next year and reapply watami card? will this help to approve my application?

Bros, for the new card will it be charged for annual fee and tax?  How to ask for the waiver or refund?  Swipe RM50 within 1 month or swipe 3 times? Need to call and ask for waiver?
