because there are too many people got scammed by trading keys. Thats why they ban it.

I still waiting them to implement a proper system to turn game keys into gift so we can trade it inside valve trading system. Valve seems to be slow on adding this feature

Was planning to buy something from there too, but when I check-out; the shipping cost alone costed me RM43.xx...

Turning game keys into steam gift, dont think that will ever happen. There are places which sell games cd key relatively cheap and if that happen the trading economy will be messed up. Even the steam pre order will be affected..

there is no diff between steam activated CD-KEYs vs steam gifts. How would that be affecting the economy when valve is the one controlling what keys are to be activated in steam?
